We have owned this since July 1st 2021. In 3 years we have taken it out about 15 times to ocean shores and eastern washington. We have already worked out all the issues you find in a new RV so you don't have to. We replaced the tires which were cheap, with brand new tires from Discount Tire (including the spare). We added 3 toppers to the slideouts, roof vent covers, upgraded the tv's audio source, installed a wireless entry system, had all the bugs worked out. All you have to do is hookup and go now.
